Katsu Ketchup

A very happy marriage between Katsu Curry and Tomato Ketchup, get used to having this in your cupboard at all times. 

Ketchup is a commonly used ingredient in Katsu Curry so these flavours really make sense.

Sunday Sauce

Somewhere between Teriyaki and Tonkatsu sauce. The kind of sauce you’d use on a lazy Sunday when you just throw a few bits together. It’s sweet, umami, tangy and goes great with just about everything.

Onsen Hot Sauce

Inspired by the satisfying, intense heat that an Onsen brings, this hot sauce recipe has been tweaked to perfection over the last few years. 
A little fermentation brings a funky spice that’s backed up by plenty of garlic and ginger. Get used to having this on your table.
