Sunday Sauce and Sesame Chicken Noodles

Ingredients


  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, chopped

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 120 - 140g dried udon noodles

  • 1 red pepper finely sliced

  • 1 cup of chopped broccoli florets

  • 100ml - 150ml of Sunday Sauce

  • 3 spring onions finely chopped

  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped

  • Sesame seeds to serve


Directions


  1. Heat oil in a pan over a medium heat.

  2. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through; 8 - 10 minutes.

  3. Put noodles on to cook according to packet instructions.

  4. Add red pepper and broccoli to the pan and cook for 3 - 5 minutes.

  5. Add the sauce, cooked noodles and half of the spring onions and chilli to the pan. Toss to coat and heat through for a few minutes.

  6. Garnish with remaining chilli, spring onion and sesame seeds over the top.
